Part portfolio
A representative cross-section of work we’ve run — from one-off Faro-captured legacy parts to multi-thousand-piece Swiss families. We don’t publish customer names without permission; ask in person and we’ll talk specifics.
Selected work
Complex pocketing and intersecting bores held to ±0.001 in. Done-in-one on the Variaxis 630 with Renishaw probing for cycle-stable accuracy.
16mm bar, lights-out runs of 50,000-piece releases. Critical features held to ±0.0002 in with in-line gauging.
Post-heat-treat features on hardened stock — wire EDM for the geometry, OD/ID grinder for the bore concentricity.
Customer arrived with a broken legacy casting and no print. Faro Platinum Arm capture, manufacturable model in SolidWorks, machined drop-in replacement.
Family of related housings running unattended through 14 pallets — same fixturing, single setup change between part numbers.
Tight cross-bore intersections and a finish callout that needed surface grinding after milling. CMM-verified to print.
The image gallery from the legacy site will land here once assets are mirrored locally — see the asset task in TODO.md. Until then we’ll talk through past work in person or over a call.
How a job runs
Send a STEP, PDF, or marked-up sketch. Most quotes return within two business days, with material recommendations if your callouts are flexible.
Programming, fixturing, and CMM verification. We share inspection reports before any production lot ships.
Repeat runs scheduled to your release cadence. We’ll quote yearly or as-needed and stock raw material when it makes sense.
Print revisions and engineering changes are tracked against the part record so re-orders pull the right rev.
