Citizen L16 and Tsugami SS20 Swiss machines for small-diameter, high-volume work; QuickTurn Nexus 250-II MSY mill-turn cells for done-in-one parts.
Three Agie wire EDMs, Mitsubishi EA8 ram, Charmilles HD 20 small-hole driller — for hardened materials and tight-detail features.
Surface, OD/ID, cylindrical, and tool-and-cutter grinders. Programmable Okamotos for repeat finish work.
Climate-controlled metrology with Wenzel CMM, Faro Platinum Arm, comparator, and a 4'×8' Grade A surface plate.
MIG/TIG/stick/spot welding, plus three ovens (1900°F, 2200°F, 24×24×36 vertical) for stress relief, brazing, and tempering.
